Yes. Request a time-limited Bakehouse. We send a link for 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days — a real week, with a desk, a Hub and a staff clock. Nothing is billed.

No. You invite the team into one workplace: clock, rota, Hub, eLearning, timesheets and Xero. The clock is how they arrive. The Hub is where they live.

Open a workplace, then share a join code. Staff pick a user ID and PIN on the phone app. On the wall they enter their first name and PIN.

The lounge. Team news and eLearning in one room. You pin updates and add short modules. Staff read the board, post their own notes, and mark learning done.

Yes, for adult workers on the rota. Shifts over six hours get a 20-minute rest break. We will not save a shift with less than 11 hours rest after the last one. We stop a week with no 24-hour day off, and we flag a week over 48 hours. Young workers, opt-outs and odd contracts still need your judgement — we are not your lawyer.
