Core workplace tools sit in every plan. Higher tiers add reporting, locations, training depth and room to grow.
Holiday and time off today is recorded on timesheets. Multiple locations, extra administrator seats and some advanced reporting are structured on higher plans so they can be turned on as they ship. Integrations today include sending hours to Xero.

Yes. You can move up as the team grows. We’ll keep the workplace, people and history with you.
When you go past the employee allowance on your plan, we’ll recommend the next one so you stay inside the limit that fits your team.
No. Dedicated clock-in hardware is purchased separately. Staff can still use the employee portal and other supported web and phone tools without a terminal.
Yes. Annual billing is ten months of the monthly price — about two months free compared with paying month by month.
There is no standard setup fee for a normal account. Clock-in terminals are priced separately. Custom onboarding or Enterprise work may be quoted on a call.
You can stop using the workplace whenever you like. Exact billing and cancellation terms will be confirmed when checkout is enabled — we have not published a contractual policy here yet.
Business Plus and Pro are the plans for businesses that operate across more than one workplace. Enterprise covers custom location setups.
